A better field test would be this <br /><br />http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simon_%28game%29<br /><br />A failure here would be presumed indicative of intoxication, however a driver could take a voluntary blood test to prove he/she was not intoxicated.<br /><br />I would never take any field test.
