If you have a friend who is suffering from depression, you may be unsure about what you should do to help. I have a friend who is goin...Lots of helpful hints. I have a friend who is going through this and I've said plenty of thing that at the time seemed right but in retrospect were rather insensitive. The urge to just want people to get it together or move past these times is so strong that your words sometimes make light of the situation and the way they perceive things. Thanks for sharing.
